Thank you for shopping with Final Touch Boutique! We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed during our regular business hours.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CST) Monday through Thursday will generally be processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will be processed on the following business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CST) on Friday, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped on Monday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Schedule

Orders are shipped Wednesday through Friday via:

USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)

The shipping carrier will be selected based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Once your package has been given to USPS or UPS, Final Touch Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

Final Touch Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
